When you are shopping with a date close to your need by date, please be sure to account for any delays. We estimate as close as possible when your item will ship by but do not control the shipping timeline. Please plan accordingly.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
Damages due to shipping:
Functional Designs by Kristina is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Processing Times (All Apparel)
Ready-to-Ship apparel are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Exception: Preordered items vary, for details, see individual items.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note, items are shipped via standard/economy shipping and will be received within 5-7 business days. If you wish to upgrade shipping, please note that it won’t go into effect until after the item has shipped. Upgraded shipping is not included in any promotions and will be at the cost of the customer.
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary and are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US. (decide if shipping outside of the us)
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if shipped with tracking) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days for Domestic and 30 business days for International of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number at info@functionaldesignsbykristina.com, and we will investigate it for you. However, please note that if an order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement will be granted.
