Shipping Address
Please triple-check the address you enter before you hit submit. If you notice the address was listed incorrectly, please contact us immediately. Once shipped it will be out of our control. If an item is not delivered due to the incorrect shipping address being entered, a refund and/or replacement is not guaranteed.

Our products are made to order and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
If you wish to cancel an order, please note that it must be done within 1 hour of purchase.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged in any way or is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at info@functionaldesignsbykristina.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. All inquiries must be received within 20 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All inquiries must be received within 20 days of delivery.
Refunds for Damaged/Issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
