Like many of you, I struggled with finding a balance between putting myself first and taking care of others. In addition to working long hours, I was also trying to be a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend, a sibling, and so much more. In addition to struggling with my body image after gaining weight, I had difficulty accepting myself as I am, caring for myself and being compassionate towards myself.

After leaving my full time job, I spent some time re-discovering my passions and building self-compassion. Healing will always be an ongoing journey. I am looking forward to guiding you through your own journey.
